Nature of the service

Correo Desechable does not publish or host publicly accessible content. Messages arrive at temporary addresses, are visible only to whoever knows the address and are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Even so, we handle every legitimate claim.

How to send a notice

Send your notice to [email protected] including: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the temporary email address and date related to the infringement; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you act on behalf of the rights holder; and your physical or electronic signature.

What we do when we receive it

We review every complete notice promptly. If it is valid, we will remove the reported content if it still exists and may block the address involved to prevent further abuse.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with your details, identification of the content and a good-faith statement explaining why you believe it was a mistake.

False notices

Knowingly submitting a false notice may result in legal liability. Please make sure your claim is correct before sending it.
