Is disposable email free?
Yes, it's completely free. You don't need to sign up or share any personal details.
How long does my address last?
Your address is saved in this browser and keeps working while you use it. If you clear your browser data or press "New address", a different one is created.
Can I send emails from this address?
No. A disposable email only receives messages, such as confirmation emails or verification codes.
Why haven't I received an email?
Most arrive within seconds. Some websites block temporary addresses or take a few minutes to send. Check that you copied the address correctly and press "Refresh".
Is it safe?
It's safe for unimportant sign-ups. But anyone who knows the address could read its messages, so don't use it for important accounts or to receive private information.
Can I get a previous address back?
Only from the same browser, as long as you haven't changed it. That's why we don't recommend using a temporary email for accounts you want to keep.
Do I receive attachments?
Yes. Attachments appear inside the message and you can download them with one click.
Is it legal to use a disposable email?
Yes. Using a temporary email to protect your privacy is legal. What isn't allowed is using it for fraud, abuse or to get around other services' rules.
How long are messages kept?
Each message is deleted automatically about 24 hours after it arrives. If you need to keep something, copy or download it before then.
Can I choose my address name?
The address is generated randomly so that it is hard for other people to guess. If you want a different one, press "New address".
Do I need to install an app?
No. It works in any browser on your phone or computer. If you like, you can add the page to your phone's home screen.
Why do some websites reject my address?
Some websites block temporary email domains to prevent fake sign-ups. In that case, that website requires a permanent address.
Does anyone read my emails?
We do not review the content of messages. They are processed automatically only to show them to you and are deleted after about 24 hours.
How do I report misuse?
Write to us from the contact page with the address involved, the date and what happened. We review every report.
